Staples Inc. is a house of cards as
they have never truly built their organization they simply bought competitors
and indiscriminately tossed them together like a bad salad. The idea of business eugenics might mean that
only the strong survive but the prime of Staples Inc. is over. From the youngest to the oldest of ideas the
senior Staples Inc. management has failed the brick and mortar retail business
so now they struggle online but their sales degenerate and as expected profits
are failing.
The Staples Inc. Senior Management
Team does not have the highest skill set even as they cohabit their general
offices and breed marketing and sales plans to capture inkjet and toner
cartridge gross dollars. The rulers of
Staples Inc. in many cases are the offspring of old ideas and reared in the
brick and mortar retail business. Ask
any employee or as Staples Inc. calls them associates what they expect as part
of the herd. Will more Staples Inc. employees be reduced to part-time
status? Will Staples Inc. continue to
support the Chinese factory and thus the slave type female labor?
There are no honors or prizes for
Staples Inc. in the real world as they continue to breed the worst ideas,
reduce employee hours, charge too much for inkjet and toner cartridges as they
continue to blame the Obama inferior market for their bad performance.
